Balsamic Vinaigrette
(Makes 150 ml)

SouthBeach Recipe Food Ingredients:

75ml extra-virgin olive oil
75ml balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

SouthBeach Recipe Cooking Method:

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper and basil in a screw-top jar.  Cover and shake.
